Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fees

Admission fees, registration fees, and examination fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.

2. Tuition Fee Refunds

If a student withdraws from the school, tuition fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis only if the withdrawal application is submitted before the start of the academic quarter. No refunds are provided for mid-quarter withdrawals.

3. Duplicate Transactions

In the event of a double payment or technical error resulting in multiple deductions for the same fee invoice, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days upon written request.

4. Cancellation

Once a fee invoice is paid online, it cannot be canceled by the user. Any disputes must be directed to the school administration office physically or via phone at 9837537472.
